1. Nature of Business & Intermediary Role

Platform Service:

Fitripass is an online booking facilitator and intermediary platform that provides fitness pass access to travelers across India by partnering with independent third-party fitness centers, health clubs, and gyms ("Partner Gyms").

Intermediary Status:

Fitripass strictly operates as a booking platform. Fitripass does not own, operate, manage, or maintain any physical gym premises, gym equipment, or workout facilities.

2. Gym Pass Booking & Pricing Model

Single-Day Pass Structure:

Fitripass offers booking on a single-day pass basis per slot.

Multi-Day Calculations:

Customers may choose to book access for as many individual days as needed. Total pricing is dynamically calculated by multiplying the single-session cost established for that specific Partner Gym by the total number of days/slots selected by the user (Total = Session Cost × Days).

Pass Scope:

Each pass validly grants access only to the specified Partner Gym location for the date(s) selected during booking. Pass access is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered pass holder.

3. Online Payments & Gym Owner Payouts

Payment Methods:

All bookings must be paid in full online prior to pass generation through our integrated, secure payment processors (supporting UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets).

Fund Distribution:

Fitripass collects payments on behalf of Partner Gyms and distributes the corresponding session payouts directly to the respective Gym Owner as per our business agreement with them.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final:

Fitripass maintains a strict NO-REFUND POLICY. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed online, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or date adjustments will be issued under any circumstances.

Non-Attendance / No-Shows:

Whether you attend the scheduled session or not—regardless of personal emergencies, flight delays, schedule changes, health issues, or failure to check in—no partial or full refund will be provided.

Facility Unavailability:

Payouts and bookings are locked at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify their travel timeline prior to making a payment.

5. Gym Entry, Verification, and Rules

Identity Verification:

To gain entry to a Partner Gym, you must present the digital pass generated on Fitripass.com along with a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID) matching the name on the pass.

Code of Conduct:

Users must strictly follow all rules, dress codes, clean indoor footwear mandates, and safety guidelines set by the Partner Gym.

Ejection for Misconduct:

Partner Gyms reserve the right to deny entry or eject any individual demonstrating aggressive behavior, improper dress code, or facility misuse. Fitripass bears no liability in such instances, and no refund will be issued.

6. Health Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Assumption of Risk:

Physical exercise involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, or medical emergencies. By purchasing a pass on Fitripass, you voluntarily assume all personal risks associated with exercising at Partner Gyms.

No Medical Advice:

Fitripass does not offer health screenings or medical certifications. Users warrant that they are physically fit to undertake physical exercise.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Fitripass, its operators, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries, loss of personal property, or disputes arising between the customer and Partner Gyms. Fitripass’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Courts:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of Fitripass.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
